📋 Description

• As Head of Operations at Arcade Software Inc., you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving clarity, execution, and scalability during a pivotal phase of company growth in AI-powered storytelling.
• You will partner closely with the CEO on strategy and execution, build financial and operational models, translate goals into actionable plans, drive strategic planning and resource allocation, and identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• You will run company operating cadence including leadership meetings and business reviews, ensure cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, GTM, marketing, and customer teams, improve organizational clarity and accountability, and act as a force multiplier for the executive team.
• You will own forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and KPI development, support board and investor communications, analyze business performance, and recommend strategic or operational improvements.
• You will help design scalable processes, support recruiting and headcount planning, partner with managers to improve team effectiveness, and step into high-priority initiatives as needed.
• You will help the company operate with greater focus and accountability, enable faster leadership decision-making, free the CEO for high-leverage work, ensure reliable execution of cross-functional initiatives, reduce operational complexity at scale, and ground strategic decisions in strong analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, finance, consulting, investing, startup leadership, or similar roles
• Exceptional communication and synthesis skills
• Strong strategic judgment paired with high execution velocity
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities calmly
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence leaders
