📋 Description

• As a Strategic Projects Associate at Handshake Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless delivery of Handshake AI solutions for customers, directly contributing to the training of state-of-the-art AI models through the human data layer that powers AI innovation at global scale.
• You will drive day-to-day project execution by establishing operational workflows, tracking KPIs via dashboards, and ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations while maintaining visibility for leadership and stakeholders.
• Your responsibilities include building and maintaining expert networks by supporting the onboarding of hundreds of domain experts across diverse industries, keeping talent pipelines healthy and engagement high to sustain project momentum.
• You will partner closely with Strategic Project Leads and Delivery Leads to translate client requirements into actionable plans, identify and unblock execution bottlenecks, and support client impact through progress reporting that highlights expansion and upsell opportunities.
• A key part of your role involves elevating quality and efficiency by proposing and implementing process improvements and automations that scale Handshake’s ability to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed.
• You will thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment (5 days/week) alongside a leadership team with backgrounds from Scale AI, Meta, xAI, Notion, Coinbase, and Palantir, gaining front-row exposure to how the AI economy is being built.
• This role offers significant growth potential as a launchpad into higher-impact leadership positions in project delivery and client strategy, ideal for early-career professionals eager to solve operational problems with measurable impact in the AI sector.
• You will develop strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills while working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Asana, and Jira, all within a mission-driven culture focused on shaping careers in the AI economy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or a related field
• Early-career experience in operations, consulting, research, or project management (internships count)
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven mindset
