- • You will be the single-threaded owner of our entire partner growth motion—designing the vision, building the systems, and closing the deals that turn our award-winning AI marketing platform into the go-to growth engine for health & wellness brands worldwide.
- • From day one you will inherit a fast-growing but still early-stage partner network and be empowered to transform it into a predictable, multi-million-dollar revenue channel within 12 months.
- • You will personally source, qualify, and sign high-value affiliates, influencers, publishers, and complementary SaaS providers who can introduce our AI-powered funnels to their engaged audiences, driving immediate trial-to-paid conversions.
- • You will architect repeatable onboarding sequences—automated email drips, personalized Loom videos, co-branded landing pages, and AI-generated ad creatives—that compress time-to-first-sale for every new partner to under 30 days.
- • You will own the full data stack: define KPIs (activated partners, influenced MRR, partner LTV, churn, NPS), instrument tracking in HubSpot and Redshift, and surface weekly insights that steer product priorities and company-level OKRs.
- • You will design tiered incentive structures—rev-share, performance bounties, co-marketing budgets, and exclusive product roadmaps—that motivate partners to prioritize our platform over competing offers.
- • You will launch and moderate a thriving partner community on Slack and Circle, hosting monthly virtual masterminds, quarterly VIP summits, and co-branded webinars that keep engagement high and churn near zero.
- • You will collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate partner feedback into roadmap items, ensuring our AI models and funnel templates stay two steps ahead of market demand.
- • You will negotiate marquee partnerships with top health & wellness marketplaces, agencies, and media companies, unlocking new verticals, geos, and customer segments while protecting brand integrity and compliance.
- • You will build and lead a lean but high-impact team of partner managers, enablement specialists, and data analysts—hiring, coaching, and retaining A-players who can scale the program 10x without sacrificing white-glove service.
- • You will represent the company on industry podcasts, award stages, and trade-show panels, leveraging our “Most Innovative Tech” accolade to attract tier-one partners and reinforce category leadership.
- • You will convert partner success stories into battle-tested case studies, sales collateral, and webinar content that arms our SDR and AE teams with proof points, accelerating enterprise deal cycles by 25%.
- • You will experiment with emerging monetization models—co-branded subscription bundles, performance-based equity swaps, and exclusive data co-ops—turning the partner program into a stand-alone profit center.
- • You will maintain relentless focus on unit economics: every dollar invested in partner incentives, events, or tools must return at least 4x net-new ARR within two quarters, tracked and reported transparently to the exec team.
- • You will cultivate a culture of radical transparency and speed—daily Slack stand-ups, shared Notion dashboards, open retros—celebrating wins and dissecting failures in real time to keep the bar rising.
- • You will serve as the voice of the partner inside the company, lobbying for the roadmap features, marketing budget, and executive attention required to keep the ecosystem thriving and ahead of billion-dollar competitors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years owning revenue outcomes in high-growth SaaS partner, affiliate, or channel programs with at least $5M ARR influenced.
- • Proven track record recruiting and activating 100+ affiliates or influencers in the health & wellness or e-commerce space.
- • Expert-level command of partner tracking platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Everflow) plus HubSpot, SQL, and BI tools.
- • Demonstrated ability to design tiered commission structures and incentive programs that scale without eroding margins.
- • Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills—comfortable closing six-figure strategic partnerships and presenting to C-suite.
- • Nice-to-have: existing rolodex of health & wellness influencers, agencies, or publishers and experience managing remote teams.
