  • • As Head of Partner Success at Polygon Labs, you will lead and scale a strategic function critical to enterprise adoption of blockchain infrastructure, owning relationships with top-tier clients including global banks, fintechs, and enterprises to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and growth.
  • • You will report directly to the Global Head of Business and serve as the primary strategic liaison between high-value customers and internal leadership, driving customer impact while shaping product direction through cross-functional influence.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders across strategic accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and escalation point for complex client needs including billing, audits, and technical inquiries.
  • • You will lead and develop a team of account managers, establishing scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management to support rapid enterprise growth.
  • • You will design and optimize end-to-end post-sales workflows to ensure a frictionless client journey from contract close through go-live, adoption, and long-term value realization.
  • • You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to represent the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmaps and operational priorities based on real-world feedback.
  • • You will own customer retention, contract renewals, and expansion by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Polygon Labs’ full product suite, directly impacting revenue outcomes.
  • • You will establish and refine data-driven reporting frameworks to track client satisfaction, product adoption, health scores, and renewal risk, enabling proactive account management.
  • • You will lead regular client engagement rhythms, including monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), to align on performance, goals, and strategic initiatives.
  • • You will contribute to revenue forecasting, tracking, and internal/external reporting, providing leadership with accurate insights into partner success metrics and pipeline health.
  • • You will operate as a bridge between clients and internal leadership, ensuring proactive communication, alignment on expectations, and timely resolution of cross-functional blockers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in B2B relationship management, customer success, or account management, including proven leadership experience managing teams.
  • • Demonstrated success managing enterprise clients in fintech, payments, SaaS, or blockchain environments, with ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging for non-technical audiences.
