  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on government accounts at Propelus, you will serve as the strategic partner for complex public-sector clients, including state health departments, regulatory boards, and government agencies, ensuring our workforce compliance platform delivers mission-critical value in support of public safety and professional integrity.
  • • You will own the full customer lifecycle for your portfolio, building trusted relationships with Executive Directors and state officials, aligning our technology with agency mandates and regulatory requirements, and driving measurable compliance outcomes that demonstrate sustained value and long-term retention.

  • • You will collaborate closely with internal product, government affairs, and support teams to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, policy-aligned visions for non-technvernment leaders, while leading customized training and audit readiness programs that enhance governance excellence.
  • • Through strategic business reviews, health and usage monitoring, and proactive issue triage, you will identify risks early, deepen partnerships, and ensure our solutions evolve with the unique needs of government stakeholders navigating layered organizational structures and public policy cycles.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in public-sector SaaS success, influence product direction through frontline insights, and make a tangible impact on how regulators and agencies uphold compliance standards across healthcare professions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience managing government, regulatory, or public health accounts
  • • Direct experience with healthcare compliance, state departments of health, or professional licensing is strongly preferred
  • • Exceptional ability to communicate complex software capabilities to non-technical government leaders in alignment with public policy goals
  • • Proven self-sufficiency in remote environments with experience taking ownership of complex books of business in multi-layered organizations
  • • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate churn risks up to a year in advance and build strategic rapport to preserve relationships
