• • As the Head of Payments, you will be entrusted with significant autonomy and visibility, directly impacting the company's profitability and strategic direction. You will have full transparency into the Profit & Loss (P&L) associated with various providers, regions, and payment methods, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and implement impactful strategies. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, requiring you to dive deep into provider integrations, relentlessly pursue improvements in approval rates, guarantee payment stability, spearhead expansion into new geographical markets, and meticulously optimize unit economics.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of payment operations. This includes the strategic launch of new payment routes, encompassing traditional card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), and the rapidly evolving landscape of cryptocurrency processing. You will be the architect of improved approval rates and overall transaction stability, ensuring a seamless experience for both merchants and end-users. A significant part of your role will involve forging and nurturing strong relationships with acquirers, other PSPs, and partner banks, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the reliability of our payment ecosystem. Furthermore, you will proactively build and maintain robust backup routes for critical payment corridors, mitigating risks and ensuring business continuity.
