• • As Head of Payroll at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company’s global payroll product within its Employer of Record (EOR) services, international payroll, and expense management solutions. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll delivery across 185+ countries, directly enabling Pebl’s mission to remove barriers to global hiring and growth.
• • You will execute and shape global payroll strategy in partnership with senior leadership, oversee payroll operations for a team of 50+ professionals, collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams on roadmap development, advise clients on best practices, lead process improvements through automation and data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements.
