- • As our Copywriter, you’ll shape and scale our brand voice by turning complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling, and supportive messaging that drives action.
- • We’re looking for a versatile writer who can move between performance marketing, brand storytelling, and patient education, blending conversion-focused copy with an empathetic tone.
- • You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, and patient services to ensure all messaging is clear, human, and aligned. From ad hooks to educational content, you’ll translate strategy into execution across the full funnel.
- • Growth & Direct Response
- • Write high-converting copy for paid channels (Meta, Google, video)
- • Create landing pages and product detail pages
- • Manage lifecycle marketing (email and SMS across acquisition, onboarding, retention)
- • Partner with growth and creative teams to test and optimize messaging
- • Brand & Product
- • Develop website and product copy that clearly communicates value
- • Support product launches with messaging and campaign assets
- • Write scripts for video, social, and influencer content
- • Maintain a consistent, empathetic brand voice
- • Patient Experience & Education
- • Simplify complex or clinical concepts into clear, engaging content
- • Create patient-facing materials (onboarding, in-app, educational)
- • Improve customer support and CX communications
- • Content & Thought Leadership
- • Develop educational content (guides, checklists) that builds trust
- • Contribute to blog and content initiatives
- • Collaborate with clinical and product teams for accuracy
- • Execution & Collaboration
- • Own copy from brief to delivery across multiple projects
- • Work cross-functionally to move initiatives forward
- • Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Monitor market trends to keep messaging relevant
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in copywriting (marketing/direct response)
- • Proven ability across ads, landing pages, email, and SMS
- • Experience with lifecycle and retention marketing
- • Strong portfolio simplifying complex topics with emotional clarity
- • Excellent written English and attention to tone and detail
- • Experience using AI tools with strong editorial judgment
- • Strong collaboration and organization skills
- • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
