📋 Description

  • Head of Performance Creative at Inbeat Agency Inc., a performance creative agency that builds UGC, statics, and motion creative driving results for global brands like P&G, NielsenIQ, Linktree, Bumble, and New Balance. This role is the architect of the agency’s next chapter in performance creative, owning creative strategy, UGC, statics, video, and motion end-to-end across the client roster.
  • Day to day, you will lead the full performance creative function, set the bar for taste, speed, and outcomes across all assets and channels, manage and grow senior leads in Creative Strategy, Design, Video, and UGC, build scalable creative systems for testing and iteration, serve as the final review layer before client delivery, integrate paid media insights from Meta Ads Manager, Motion, and Foreplay into creative briefs, position statics as a performance lever, drive scaled-ad celebration and learning through case studies and sales materials, and establish operating rhythms including weekly syncs, bi-weekly workshops, and monthly KPI reviews.
  • You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team spanning North America, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, and Europe, working directly with founders Daniel Cruz (CCO) and David Morneau (CEO) to scale a proven creative function into a repeatable, system-driven engine that outlives individual contributors.
  • In this role, you will develop second-line leadership, build enduring creative infrastructure, deepen expertise in performance metrics like CPA, CPM, hook rate, and hold rate, shape the future of statics as a performance channel, and leave a lasting impact on how creative is tested, scaled, and celebrated across the agency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in performance creative, ideally including time at a top-tier UGC, paid social, or DR creative shop
  • 4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people, with both manager and senior IC chapters on your résumé
  • Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative - direct experience producing UGC and statics that have scaled to material spend
  • Deep fluency in Motion (creative analytics), Foreplay (swipe and inspiration), and Meta Ads Manager - and the ability to teach others
  • Background that includes building creative output AND the systems behind it. Operators who have rebuilt feedback loops, replaced PM tooling, or stood up scale-ad reporting from scratch will resonate with us
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams. Our team spans North America, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, and Europe
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Perfectly fluent written and spoken English
