- • As Head of Platform Growth at Parafin Inc., you will lead the team responsible for launching new platforms and growing revenue in a timely and predictable manner, directly contributing to the financial empowerment of small businesses through Parafin’s embedded finance solutions.
- • You will inspire, motivate, coach, and grow the Platform Growth/Success team, overseeing post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of strategic platform customers while serving as a senior business leader and customer partner to drive usage, expansion, and satisfaction across accounts.
- • You will partner with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Platform Partnerships to share customer insights and improve the partner experience, while setting and delivering on KPIs for account health, capital origination performance, and product adoption.
- • You will join a tight-knit, innovative team from Stripe, Square, Plaid, Coinbase, Robinhood, and CERN, backed by top-tier VCs, in a Series C company with over $194M in equity and $340M in debt facilities, all united by a mission to grow small businesses through accessible financial tools.
- • In this role, you will develop scalable, repeatable systems to grow top-line revenue, identify strategic opportunities for product expansion and new user segments, and recruit, develop, and retain high-performing customer success managers to ensure long-term account health and partner success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience managing customer success or partnership teams, preferably focused on enterprise segments
- • Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and driving account expansion
- • Experience in a client-facing role managing multi-threaded relationships for enterprise accounts for technical or financial products, with ability to build deep relationships up to the C level
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve account issues and drive partner experience improvements
- • Excellent operational, communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities
- • Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing customer success managers
