• • We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product to spearhead the definition and execution of our product vision. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role demanding strategic thinking, deep customer empathy, and a relentless focus on delivering tangible outcomes. You will be instrumental in translating Andromeda's ambitious company strategy and market insights into a clear, compelling product direction. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting sharp priorities, designing simple yet powerful user experiences, and developing a roadmap that builds compounding value over time. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives on making difficult decisions and driving clarity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• • You will operate in close collaboration with the CEO, VP of Engineering, and the design team, embodying the principle that Product defines the 'what' and 'why,' while Engineering defines the 'how.' Your ownership extends to ensuring clarity, focus, and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle. This central position places you at the intersection of critical functions, including customer discovery, product strategy, platform and marketplace design, product engineering, go-to-market (GTM) alignment, economic and incentive design, and navigating complex tradeoffs between speed, quality, and leverage.
• • **Key Responsibilities and Ownership Areas:**
• • **Clarify the Product Vision and Strategy:** You will own Andromeda's overarching product vision, encompassing our customer-facing platform for developers, ML teams, and enterprises, as well as our marketplace, matching, and pricing surfaces. This includes defining the supply-side workflows for providers and the internal tooling essential for operations and GTM success. Your role involves translating high-level company strategy into a cohesive and actionable product strategy, clearly articulating what Andromeda will build and, crucially, what it will not. You will be responsible for making difficult prioritization calls under significant constraints and ensuring the product roadmap consistently builds toward a durable competitive advantage.
• • **Deep Customer Discovery and Market Signal Interpretation:** You will serve as the primary advocate for the customer within the company. This requires dedicating substantial time to engaging with AI labs, enterprises, and infrastructure providers. Your objective will be to thoroughly understand their buying processes, technical workflows, and underlying incentives. By identifying patterns across customer interactions, support issues, and usage data, you will translate both qualitative and quantitative signals into informed and impactful product decisions.
• • **Own the Roadmap and Product Execution:** You will take full ownership of the product roadmap from conception to delivery. This entails defining clear problem statements and success metrics, working closely with Engineering on tight scoping and sequencing, and exercising ruthless prioritization as constraints evolve. A key aspect of this ownership is the ability to ship incrementally while maintaining a clear vision of the long-term product trajectory.
• • **Partner Closely with Engineering:** You will work in lockstep with the VP of Engineering, providing unambiguous product direction and framing complex tradeoffs. Your role is to ensure that engineers deeply understand the 'why' behind product initiatives and to balance speed, quality, and scalability explicitly. By eliminating ambiguity, you will protect engineering focus and help hold the team accountable for delivering against the product vision.
• • **Serve as a Product Partner to GTM:** Product is a fundamental revenue driver at Andromeda. You will play a crucial role in shaping product positioning and sales strategies, ensuring that product capabilities directly align with real-world deal requirements. This includes contributing to the definition of pricing, packaging, and marketplace mechanics, and equipping Sales and Partnerships teams with clear narratives and compelling demonstrations. You will be responsible for closing the loop between field feedback and the product roadmap, regularly engaging with senior stakeholders at customer and partner organizations, and maintaining credibility in these high-level discussions.
