📋 Description

• As Head of Product at Crackenagi, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a groundbreaking AI-driven cybersecurity platform built by ex–nation-state operators and AI researchers, directly shaping how enterprises achieve proven, auditable security resilience.
• You will own product vision, strategy, and roadmap end-to-end, drive product discovery to define what to build and why, translate complex cybersecurity workflows into scalable product experiences, and partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, and Security Research teams to deliver high-impact features.
• You will work within a mission-driven, Ukrainian-heavy international team of PhDs, professors, and top-tier industry veterans, collaborating directly with founders and elite cyber operators to build a category-defining product at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems.
• In this role, you will gain ownership over product direction, shape go-to-market strategy, validate product-market fit through customer and design partner engagement, and develop deep expertise in translating offensive security capabilities into usable, scalable B2B SaaS solutions while operating with high autonomy in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex products
• Experience building B2B SaaS products in cybersecurity or AI
• Strong understanding of offensive cybersecurity and attacker mindset
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution in ambiguity
• Strong systems thinking and analytical mindset
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
