- • As Head of Product at Viseven Europe AG, you will own and drive the success of the entire products and services portfolio, creating synergies across solutions and increasing overall portfolio value and profitability for a leading global B2B MarTech service provider empowering Pharma and LifeScience companies since 2009.
- • Day to day, you will define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams in development and delivery, analyze market and customer needs, and ensure alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize commercial impact.
- • You will join a rapidly growing team of over 700 highly skilled professionals across development, design, business analysis, project management, delivery, sales, marketing, and customer success, with a global footprint in more than 30 countries and physical offices in Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, India, and the US.
- • In this role, you will shape the future of digital transformation in Pharma and Life Sciences, drive innovation across a portfolio used by the top 100 Pharma and Life Science companies, and develop leadership expertise in scaling product organizations within a global MarTech leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product leadership, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or MarTech environments
- • Strong ability to define and execute product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and portfolio management
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business analysis
- • Understanding of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and its digital transformation needs
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align product with sales, marketing, and customer success
- • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to measure product success and profitability
