• • Architect the Operating System for Human Greatness. You will own the end-to-end product vision that fuses AI, behavioral science, and cinematic design into one seamless ecosystem—turning Paradox from a successful personal brand into a global, category-defining tech icon.
• • Translate high-level ambition into a living roadmap. Every quarter you will distill the founder’s strategic vision into clear OKRs, prioritize across Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, and Membership, and ensure each feature ladders up to measurable transformation KPIs.
• • Become the voice of the user—obsessively. You will run weekly user interviews, mine support tickets, and dive deep into behavioral analytics to surface where growth breaks. Insights become hypotheses, hypotheses become experiments, and experiments become product shipped in days—not months.
• • Design AI-powered learning cycles that feel magical yet rigorous. You will prototype adaptive journeys that combine psychometrics, nudge theory, and large-language-model agents to deliver “just-for-you” rituals that rewire habits and generate visible life wins.
• • Run a lean, high-velocity build-measure-learn machine. From Figma mocks to production code, you will scope MVPs, define success metrics, instrument analytics, and iterate weekly—cutting waste while amplifying delight and retention.
• • Own the north-star metrics that matter. Activation, retention, and transformation rates are your daily language. You will tie every release to LTV uplift and arm marketing with evidence-based stories that turn client breakthroughs into viral growth loops.
• • Orchestrate cross-functional pods. Partner with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and coaches to ship experiences that are as emotionally moving as they are scientifically sound. You speak fluent “tech” and “human,” translating between disciplines without friction.
• • Champion cinematic, contrarian design. Every touchpoint—from onboarding micro-copy to AI-generated reflection prompts—must feel like a scene from a MasterClass, grounded in peer-reviewed science, and brave enough to challenge industry conventions.
• • Scale a culture of experimentation. You will institutionalize hypothesis templates, A/B dashboards, and ritualized retros so the entire product org learns faster than the market evolves.
• • Steward the 100 000 Dreams Wall. Behind every photo is a life rewritten; your product decisions determine how many new photos appear next month. You will quantify and broadcast these transformations, making them the loudest marketing asset Paradox owns.
• • Budget like a founder. You will oversee P&L for your product line, negotiate vendor contracts, and find creative ways to deliver 10× value at 2× speed—whether through no-code hacks, open-source LLMs, or strategic partnerships.
• • Craft the future of work culture. Whether you sit in our sun-drenched Dubai loft, Paris atelier, or a standing desk in Bali, you will model autonomy, accountability, and relentless curiosity for a fully remote, async-first team.
