- • As Head of Product Design at Heidi Health, you will lead the design discipline, driving excellence across product design while ensuring alignment with brand expression to create intuitive, elegant experiences for clinicians worldwide.
- • You will own the end-to-end design strategy for Heidi’s product suite, shaping clinician interactions from onboarding to workflows, while building and mentoring a world-class design team, defining scalable systems, and maintaining hands-on involvement in craft and detail.
- • You will collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate insights into human-centered solutions, advocate for clinician and patient needs, and ensure every design decision reinforces trust in Heidi’s mission as an AI Care Partner.
- • You will set the benchmark for design craft, clarity, and precision through your own work in Figma, critiques, and pixels, inspiring the team through leadership by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years leading high-performing design teams in product-led environments.
- • Proven success designing complex digital products, ideally within SaaS, healthtech, or other high-trust domains.
- • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking, strong systems design, and world-class craft.
- • Experience collaborating closely with brand or marketing teams to create cohesive product and brand experiences.
- • Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
- • Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills to align, inspire, and influence across disciplines.
