- ⢠Lead and scale a world-class design function by hiring, mentoring, and coaching designers to become strategic partners who engage deeply in discovery, not just delivery, fostering a culture of impact and craft.
- ⢠Act as a player-coach lead designer on core product areas, owning end-to-end user experience for high-stakes, regulated healthcare workflows, validating assumptions through rapid, scrappy testing before engineering commitment.
- ⢠Partner with VP of Product and CPTO to shape long-term product vision, championing radical simplicity and data-informed decisions using telemetry to drive usability and time-to-value metrics.
- ⢠Evolve the design system for speed, accessibility, and technical feasibility, leveraging AI-enabled workflows and continuous discovery practices to accelerate design-to-code pipelines and deepen user engagement with healthcare marketers and privacy specialists.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠8+ years of Product Design experience, with significant focus on complex B2B SaaS, data analytics, or healthtech platforms.
- ⢠Proven leadership and mentorship experience, demonstrating how youâve grown designersâ strategic impact and coached them to think like product owners.
- ⢠Strong technical literacy: ability to collaborate with engineers, understand data structures, and assess feasibility in design decisions.
- ⢠Discovery-native mindset with a practical toolkit for user research and rapid prototyping, capable of validating ideas in hours or days.
- ⢠Data-informed approach: comfortable using metrics, telemetry, and usage data to guide decisions and measure outcomes like task success and time-to-value.
