- • Lead Weave’s financial technology product suite for Payments and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), owning strategy, execution, and business outcomes across a platform processing billions in annual volume.
- • Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Payments and RCM products, including POS, Text-to-Pay, surcharging, bulk collections, insurance workflows, and patient financing.
- • Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver an AI-powered financial ecosystem that improves customer outcomes and drives revenue growth.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Partnerships, and Support to scale adoption, usage, and profitability.
- • Co-own P&L performance, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business health of the RCM product line.
- • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve activation, engagement, and payment volume per customer.
- • Build and manage key external partnerships with payment processors, financing partners, and Practice Management Systems (PMS).
- • Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies tailored to the healthcare payments and RCM market.
- • Establish and track KPIs measuring product success, financial performance, and customer impact.
- • Communicate product strategy, performance, and opportunities to executive leadership and the Board.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management leadership experience.
- • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams (10–20+ people) through product development and organizational scale.
- • Deep expertise in payments, fintech, or embedded payments business models.
- • Strong understanding of healthcare payments and RCM workflows preferred.
- • Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to P&L performance.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
