📋 Description

• The Head of Product – Scale & Enablement at Prezzee leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms and capabilities that ensure the company can scale safely, reliably, and efficiently across global markets. This role is critical to strengthening core systems that underpin growth, including checkout and payments performance, approval rates, fraud and risk controls, and scalable ordering, SKU, and inventory capabilities.
• Day to day, the role involves setting long-term vision and OKRs for the Scale & Enablement value stream, owning a multi-quarter roadmap prioritised by data and ROI, driving improvements in checkout conversion and payment approval rates, reducing operational inefficiencies as volume scales, delivering stable platforms for growth teams, leading go-to-market planning and launch readiness, serving as the single point of accountability for risks and delivery outcomes, and influencing cross-functional squads to align on strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior product leadership in tech-driven organisations, ideally with experience scaling operational platforms, systems, or foundational capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, etc.) to deliver complex, mission-critical initiatives.
• Deep experience with operationally critical systems, including payments, checkout flows, ordering, inventory, and SKU management.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business casing, ROI assessment, cost optimisation, and operational performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success in risk, compliance, and fraud prevention, balancing security and business growth.
• Experience using data, operational metrics, and customer insight to prioritise initiatives, improve performance, and drive measurable outcomes.
