📋 Description

• As Head of Product, US Core at Tilth, you will lead the company's core product portfolio — a $400M+ revenue engine spanning Cash Advance, CA+, Thrive, and next-generation non-lending products like AI Assistant, Marketplaces, Autosave, Checking, and Budgeting. This GM-style role requires you to own strategy, pricing, packaging, and product narrative while transforming Tilt from a single-product transaction business into a multi-product financial brand users choose and return to.
• You will own the P&L across the core product portfolio, drive top-line growth through product innovation, and serve as the strategic voice of the user by bridging credit policy, marketing, and UX to build a competitive moat. You will articulate a coherent product vision, build and elevate a high-potential product organization by mentoring ICs and managers, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and credit teams to align unit economics, roadmap, and brand.
• Tilth is a mission-driven fintech company that uses machine learning-powered credit models and over 250 real-time financial signals to extend fair credit access beyond traditional scores, serving millions of customers worldwide. The company is building a new credit system that backs working individuals regardless of their financial history, with a culture that values impact, mutual respect, and learning from both wins and missteps.
• In this role, you will develop and execute a product strategy from a blank page, mentor and grow high-potential talent into senior leadership roles, gain direct exposure to executive leadership, and drive meaningful impact on millions of users’ financial lives — all while working in a virtual-first, globally distributed team with opportunities for growth based on contribution, not rigid timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping consumer products at meaningful scale, preferably in fintech, lending, or credit
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments and make decisive calls with incomplete information
• Current Director-level experience or equivalent as a Group/Lead/Principal PM with a track record of managing and developing other product managers
