📋 Description
- • Lead and mature Tillo’s Revenue Operations function during a critical growth phase, transitioning it from a tactical delivery unit to a strategic, data-driven business partner for senior GTM leaders.
- • Report directly to the Chief Information Officer and serve as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), influencing commercial strategy and revenue architecture across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Onboarding.
- • Own end-to-end Lead-to-Cash operational processes and reporting, ensuring scalable, efficient design that supports global revenue growth across multiple geographies and currencies.
- • Lead, develop, and grow a team of five RevOps professionals by creating clear accountability, delegating execution, and investing in team development rather than performing individual tasks.
- • Own and evaluate the GTM tech stack—including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Unify—integrating in-house AI-driven solutions and best-of-breed tools to optimize performance.
- • Drive improvements in pipeline forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, and conversion rates across the commercial funnel through robust analytical modeling and data-driven insights.
- • Partner closely with FP&A and Data teams to translate complex operational and analytical data into clear, actionable business narratives that highlight impact, not just mechanics.
- • Systematically identify and eliminate revenue drags across lead routing, response times, pipeline discipline, process inefficiencies, and customer segmentation.
- • Define, prioritize, and deliver a clear roadmap of RevOps improvements aligned with company scaling goals and commercial objectives.
- • Champion the practical adoption of AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude) to automate reporting workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort across RevOps functions.
- • Act as a trusted advisor and challenger to senior commercial leaders (CMO, CCO, CRO, CBPO), providing credible, data-backed perspectives to reshape how they prioritize and operate.
- • Operate with an enterprise mindset, contributing to broader business decisions beyond RevOps while modeling Tillo’s high-performance culture of collaboration, trust, and innovation.
- • Ensure consistent, reliable insight is available to commercial teams at all levels—from team to Board—by aligning reporting standards and data integrity across functions.
- • Maintain a hybrid work model, splitting time between the Hove office (minimum two days per week) and the London office as needed to support cross-functional collaboration.
- • Embed a culture of continuous learning and innovation within RevOps, encouraging experimentation with new tools, automation, and process improvements.
- • Deliver measurable success within the first six months: trusted pipeline forecasting, strong commercial partnership perception, and an active, prioritized RevOps improvement roadmap.
