- • Developing and implementing robust performance management frameworks and competency development programs will be key to driving both individual and organizational performance. You will work closely with leadership to ensure these programs are aligned with business objectives and support career growth.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges. You will be expected to analyze data, generate insights, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the People function.

- • Leading and mentoring your team of People Operations Specialists is paramount. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing guidance, development opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of team objectives.
- • You will be a key contributor to the People & Culture team's strategic planning, bringing your expertise in reward, benefits, and operations to help build the foundational elements that enable UpGuard's continued global expansion.
- • This is a hands-on role where you will be deeply involved in the details, from managing complex compensation cycles to ensuring the smooth administration of benefits enrollment and resolving operational queries.
- • You will champion best practices in People Operations and Reward, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies to ensure UpGuard remains at the forefront of employee experience and operational excellence.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to create and maintain a world-class employment infrastructure that supports UpGuard's mission, fosters a positive and productive work environment, and drives sustainable business growth.
