Head of Security

📋 Description

• • As Head of Security at n8n GmbH, you will define and raise the company’s security posture to support product innovation, enterprise growth, and secure engineering practices at scale.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting the security roadmap, embedding security into the SDLC, leading vulnerability management and incident response, building and scaling the security function, and partnering with engineering, product, legal, and leadership teams to ensure security is practical and trusted.
• • n8n is an open workflow orchestration platform for AI, backed by Sequoia, with over 220 team members across Europe and the US, 650k+ active developers, 145k+ GitHub stars, and a $2.5bn valuation following a $240m funding round.
• • In this role, you will build foundational security systems, shape a high-impact security team, gain executive visibility, and directly influence how security enables velocity and trust in a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS environment.
