📋 Description

• Build and scale Alpaca Health's storytelling engine across every channel and audience, creating compelling content that helps families, providers, and partners understand who we are, what we believe, and why our model matters.
• Own Alpaca's content strategy across video, social, web, email, and educational channels; create static social media content, graphics, carousels, and visual storytelling assets; produce and oversee short-form and long-form video content; develop webinars, workshops, and CEU content; define and evolve Alpaca's voice, messaging, and storytelling framework; build scalable content production workflows using AI and automation; manage content calendars, publishing schedules, freelancers, agencies, and contractors; track content performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Join a mission-driven company enabling clinicians to become entrepreneurs in autism care, backed by over $14M in funding from Core Innovation Capital, Adverb Ventures, and South Park Commons, serving hundreds of patients while growing 30% MoM.
• Shape the narrative that fuels Alpaca's brand and growth, becoming one of the most trusted and recognizable voices in ABA, clinician entrepreneurship, and autism care; lead and execute content creation while building systems for scale; develop expertise in translating complex clinical and operational topics into compelling stories; grow leadership skills by managing talent and driving content that impacts awareness, trust, recruiting, partnerships, pipeline, and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced storyteller with emphasis on social media and narrative structure across formats
• Proven ability to build or significantly scale a content operation from scratch
• Exceptional editorial judgment, strong writing and editing skills with high standards for quality
• Comfortable both leading teams and executing hands-on content creation
• Understanding of how content drives business outcomes including awareness, trust, recruiting, and revenue
• Relentless work ethic with urgency and willingness to outwork competition in high-accountability environments
