- • Lead the Solution Consulting function for Socure’s Core and Financial Services vertical, driving strategy and execution for new and existing business while managing a team of Solution Consultants who serve as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation.
- • Own day-to-day operations and long-term technical strategy for the Finserv Pod, including designing and maintaining Solution Consulting playbooks, conducting After Action Reviews, and turning raw data into actionable insights to solve business problems and mitigate risk.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align on short- and long-term strategies, structure the team to support sales and product goals, and ensure successful adoption and integration of Socure’s solutions across client implementations.
- • Foster team growth and performance by recruiting and retaining top-tier talent, providing purpose and direction, and enabling continuous learning through structured feedback and best practice implementation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- • 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management within the financial services or similar industry.
- • Deep understanding of the challenges, regulations, and business models within the financial services market.
- • Proven track record of building and leading teams to achieve KPIs in solution consulting or technical selling environments.
- • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with ability to simplify complex solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead workshops and presentations.
- • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex customer engagements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
