Head of Solution Consulting, Marketplace

📋 Description

• • Lead the Solution Consulting function for Socure’s Marketplace & Gig vertical, driving vision, strategy, and execution for a team of Solution Consultants who serve as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation.
• • Manage day-to-day operations including team supervision, performance improvement, After Action Reviews, and the design and maintenance of Solution Consulting playbooks to streamline operations and measure performance.
• • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align technical strategy with customer implementation needs and support successful adoption and integration of Socure’s identity trust solutions.
• • Develop expertise in Socure’s product suite, become a subject matter expert for Marketplace accounts, and drive growth by turning raw data into actionable insights while mitigating risks and influencing cross-functional teams to ensure product leadership in the identity verification industry.
