- • Lead a global team of Solutions Architects to design, deliver, and scale cutting-edge AI solutions that directly drive enterprise revenue growth for Cohere.
- • Partner with sales leadership to identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities by serving as the technical expert and trusted advisor to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
- • Architect scalable, secure, and customizable NLP and generative AI solutions tailored to complex enterprise workflows, including content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agent-based systems.
- • Own the technical sales pipeline by leading workshops, deep-dive demonstrations, and solution presentations that align Cohere’s platform with customer business objectives.
- • Oversee the end-to-end deployment and integration of large language models and custom AI solutions into production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and enterprise-grade security.
- • Collaborate closely with product teams to shape the evolution of Cohere’s platform based on real-world customer feedback and emerging enterprise use cases.
- • Define and implement industry-leading best practices for agentic AI, model customization, and enterprise deployment to maintain Cohere’s technical differentiation in the market.
- • Streamline technical sales processes—from proposal development to customer onboarding—to optimize win rates, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- • Mentor and develop Solutions Architects to cultivate technical excellence, sales leadership skills, and a culture of innovation across global teams.
- • Identify and nurture technical champions within enterprise accounts to accelerate adoption, gather actionable insights, and expand use cases.
- • Track, report, and analyze key sales metrics including pipeline health, win rates, and revenue contribution to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Align technical strategy with global market needs by adapting solutions and processes for diverse regional regulations, customer expectations, and business environments.
- • Work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless translation of customer requirements into product enhancements and technical enablement.
- • Drive adoption of Cohere’s platform by demonstrating measurable business value through quantifiable outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency gains, and automation impact.
- • Maintain deep expertise in agentic AI, LLM customization, and multi-cloud deployment strategies to provide authoritative guidance to customers and internal teams.
- • Represent Cohere as a thought leader in enterprise AI by engaging with industry events, customer forums, and technical communities to strengthen brand credibility.
- • Ensure all customer-facing technical deliverables adhere to strict security standards including data privacy, model safety, access controls, and compliance frameworks.
- • Maintain visibility into competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies to position Cohere’s solutions as the most viable enterprise-grade option.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise customers throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial engagement to long-term expansion and renewal.
- • Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that attracts, retains, and develops top-tier technical talent across multiple time zones and geographies.
- • Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, track engagement, and report on technical sales performance with precision and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture with a proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise projects and teams
- • 10+ years of experience leading sales engineering teams with a focus on driving revenue growth and managing global sales efforts
- • Deep knowledge of agentic AI, model customization, and enterprise deployment of LLMs
- • Demonstrated ability to translate technical solutions into business value and directly contribute to revenue targets
- • Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced, global environment
- • Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
