• • As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Function Health Inc., you will architect and scale the Talent Acquisition engine that drives our mission of empowering people to live 100 healthy years. This is a pivotal, systems-building role, not merely a requisition-filling position, focused on establishing the infrastructure, standards, and operating rhythm necessary to attract and hire exceptional, high-leverage talent at scale.
• • You will be instrumental in taking the Talent Acquisition function from its foundational stages (0 to 1) and then scaling it exponentially (1 to n) to support our hypergrowth trajectory. This involves designing and implementing a modern, AI-enabled system that enhances signal, speed, and precision in our hiring processes.
• • Reporting directly to the SVP of People, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure our hiring strategy is tightly aligned with overarching business priorities and our long-term ambition of making proactive, data-driven health accessible globally.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruiting lifecycle, with clear accountability and performance metrics. You will architect scalable systems, develop structured interview frameworks, and create data dashboards to monitor and optimize our hiring effectiveness.
• • A key focus will be the implementation of AI-driven sourcing and workflow automation tools to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of our talent acquisition efforts.
• • You will establish and champion a recruiting culture characterized by urgency, rigor, and a commitment to quality over sheer volume, ensuring that every hire contributes meaningfully to the company's capability.
• • As Function Health scales from hundreds of employees towards IPO and beyond, you will build and lead a high-performing TA team capable of supporting this sustained hypergrowth.
• • You will develop repeatable hiring engines that can adapt and scale efficiently to meet evolving organizational needs.
• • A critical aspect of your role will be partnering with executives on strategic workforce planning, directly linking talent acquisition efforts to key business objectives.
