- • Lead the end-to-end delivery of senior advisory mandates for investment firms and corporates, including kick-off calls, profile alignment, confidentiality frameworks, shortlist review, formal introductions, and relationship management through advisor appointment.
- • Manage 20–40 active Talent Intelligence mandates simultaneously as the practice scales, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across all stages.
- • Define and standardize the screening methodology, deliverable formats, and operational playbook for the Talent Intelligence practice, establishing repeatable processes for quality and velocity.
- • Brief, manage, and mentor Dedale’s dedicated sourcing team based in APAC, ensuring alignment on mandate requirements and consistent execution.
- • Build and supervise a team of Associates responsible for screening calls and producing research decks, fostering professional development and performance standards.
- • Own the P&L of the new Talent Intelligence business unit, including revenue generation, cost control, and accountability for financial targets.
- • Collaborate with the Sales team and VPs to expand the mandate pipeline across existing and new client accounts, identifying cross-sell opportunities between intelligence mandates and Talent Intelligence services.
- • Represent Dedale’s Talent Intelligence capability directly in client conversations with PE Partners, fund managing directors, and other senior stakeholders.
- • Contribute to the development of Dedale’s people intelligence data layer within the company’s platform, enhancing the long-term strategic asset of talent data.
- • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, building the practice from the ground up with full ownership of outcomes, initiative, and innovation without reliance on established infrastructure.
- • Maintain a structured, data-literate approach to managing complex mandates, leveraging insights to drive decision-making and process improvements in a fast-moving environment.
- • Ensure all client interactions and deliverables adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, aligned with Dedale’s reputation for strategic intelligence.
- • Engage with Dedale’s network of 100+ investment firms and corporates to understand evolving talent needs and translate them into actionable intelligence offerings.
- • Continuously refine the Talent Intelligence offering based on client feedback, market trends, and internal performance metrics to ensure market leadership.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all Talent Intelligence matters, building trusted advisory relationships that drive retention and expansion.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the broader culture of excellence, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity across Dedale’s international team.
