  • • As the Head of User Acquisition (UA), you will spearhead a transformative initiative to redefine and centralize our User Acquisition efforts across the entire Ruby Labs group. This pivotal role involves leading a high-performance department that will operate as a UA-as-a-Service function, providing strategic direction and operational excellence to all our product teams.
  • • Your primary objective will be to consolidate UA operations, foster significant efficiencies, and establish a cohesive, unified strategy that spans all paid traffic channels. This includes meticulously defining the overarching UA strategy, ensuring its consistent application across diverse platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and others.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing scalable processes, comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), robust testing frameworks, and sophisticated reporting systems designed to optimize performance and provide clear visibility into campaign effectiveness.
  • • A key aspect of this role is designing and owning the User Acquisition OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), setting clear benchmarks for both the department's overall success and the performance of individual team members.
  • • You will manage, mentor, and develop a distributed team of expert UA Managers, each embedded within different product teams, ensuring they are equipped to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • • This leadership position requires you to cultivate a high-talent-density culture within the UA department, fostering an environment that champions performance, encourages collaboration, and supports continuous professional growth and development.
  • • You will be responsible for overseeing substantial budget management across all platforms and products, with a keen focus on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ensuring a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • • A critical responsibility involves developing and implementing strategic growth plans, meticulously analyzing LTV:CAC ratios, retention rates, onboarding conversion funnels, and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) to inform decision-making.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the data science team to create, refine, and leverage advanced analytics and attribution models, ensuring our UA strategies are grounded in precise data insights.
  • • Owning the testing roadmap is paramount, encompassing the strategic execution of A/B tests, geo-expansion initiatives, channel scaling strategies, and continuous creative iteration to maximize campaign impact.
  • • You will act as a crucial strategic and operational bridge, partnering with the Managing Directors of each product to ensure UA strategies are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • • Working in tandem with creative leads, you will guide ad production by providing data-driven creative briefs, ensuring that creative assets are optimized for performance and resonate with target audiences.
  • • You will also own and manage key vendor relationships with major advertising platforms, agencies, and essential UA tools, negotiating terms and ensuring optimal partnership.
