- • As Head of User Acquisition at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will lead the paid growth strategy for Vegas Bonanza, owning full accountability for CPA targets, conversion volume, and revenue growth across Meta and Snapchat platforms. This role is critical to scaling profitable user acquisition in a fast-growing consumer tech environment where data-driven decisions and creative velocity directly impact business outcomes.
- • You will manage internal UA specialists and external agencies, establishing operational discipline, enforcing compliance frameworks, and building automated systems for market intelligence, creative testing, and performance reporting to ensure transparent, scalable, and high-velocity execution.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid social acquisition, creative testing pipelines, and cross-functional leadership while driving measurable revenue impact and building scalable UA infrastructure that can be applied across future products and markets.
- • You will design and maintain a high-velocity creative testing framework, defining winner criteria, killing underperforming concepts rapidly, and scaling winners across geographies and ad formats to maximize ROAS and sustain profitable growth.
- • You will own end-to-end performance tracking including CPA, CVR, ARPU, and LTV, delivering daily and weekly reports to leadership while ensuring full channel transparency and data integrity through standardized naming conventions and decision rules.
- • You will build automated competitor intelligence flows to monitor ad creatives, offers, and funnel patterns, feeding real-time insights into strategic decisions and enabling proactive optimization against market shifts.
- • You will establish and enforce UA business operations including spend monitoring, reporting loops, and cross-team coordination, implementing automation tools to reduce manual overhead and scale efficiently without sacrificing control or compliance.
- • You will lead compliance efforts by auditing creative rejections, identifying rejection patterns, and defining proactive rules to minimize ad account risks and ensure sustainable scaling across Meta and Snapchat ecosystems.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to align acquisition strategy with product offerings and landing page experiences, ensuring congruence between ad messaging and user journey for improved conversion and retention.
- • You will mentor and develop internal UA specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and data-driven experimentation while maintaining high standards for execution quality and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience leading user acquisition and scaling paid campaigns profitably on Meta and Snapchat platforms.
- • Demonstrated experience managing both internal UA teams and external agencies simultaneously, with strong leadership and accountability practices.
- • Advanced proficiency in creative testing pipelines, A/B testing frameworks, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools.
- • Experience in sweepstakes, online gaming, or subscription-based consumer products is a strong plus.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, operational rigor, and an accountability-first mindset with fluency in English.
