  • • Lead the User Acquisition Department at Ruby Labs Ltd., taking full ownership of execution quality, operational processes, and performance delivery for a high-impact role managing $1M+ monthly ad budgets across multiple networks, with Facebook Ads as the primary acquisition channel.
  • • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 User Acquisition Managers across varying seniority levels, ensuring continuous growth in knowledge, execution quality, and performance through hands-on coaching and structured development.
  • • Stay deeply involved in daily operations by stepping into ad accounts to diagnose issues, optimize campaigns, launch new initiatives, and demonstrate best practices in real time, maintaining disciplined execution across account structure, testing frameworks, and scaling logic.
  • • Own and oversee budget allocation at scale, ensuring controlled scaling, performance stability, and maximum ROI while collaborating with Analytics teams to extract insights from funnel performance, attribution, and cohort behavior.
  • • Build, document, and enforce clear UA processes, reporting standards, and performance review cadences to ensure transparency and full control over daily, weekly, and monthly results.
  • • Establish and manage a structured creative ideation process for sourcing, testing, and iterating ad creatives, working closely with Creative Managers to identify and scale top-performing assets.
  • • Drive KPI ownership focused on efficiency and ROI metrics, not just spend growth, operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where results and outcomes are the primary measure of success.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, and Product teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level.
  • • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, setting the standard for execution discipline and performance management across the UA team.
  • • Contribute to Ruby Labs’ mission of building innovative consumer products in health, education, and entertainment by scaling user acquisition efficiently and sustainably to support product growth and market impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Senior User Acquisition professional with proven leadership experience managing a team of UA specialists.
  • • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing $1M+ monthly advertising budgets across paid acquisition channels, with deep practical knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads as a primary channel.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work directly in ad accounts and performance data to diagnose issues, optimize campaigns, and extract actionable insights.
  • • Experience collaborating closely with Analytics teams to guide decision-making using funnel performance, attribution, and cohort data.
  • • Proven track record in training, coaching, and developing UA teams to improve execution quality and performance.
  • • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a clear focus on ROI, efficient scaling, and disciplined execution.
