Head of User Acquisition

📋 Description

• • As Head of User Acquisition at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will lead a high-performance department delivering UA-as-a-Service across multiple subscription products in health, education, and entertainment, centralizing operations and driving efficiency across all paid traffic channels.
• • You will define and own the overall UA strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest, while managing and mentoring a distributed team of expert UA Managers embedded in various product teams.
• • Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products, driving the future of consumer-led solutions with a focus on scale, data-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration between product, creative, and analytics teams.
• • In this role, you will develop scalable processes, oversee large-scale budget management, partner with data science on attribution models, and grow a high-talent-density culture while aligning UA strategies with business goals and driving measurable improvements in LTV:CAC, ROAS, and ARPU.
