Head of Web

📋 Description

• • As Head of Web at Harvey AI Inc., you will transform the company's web presence from a reactive function into a proactive product-driven engine that shapes how one of the fastest-growing AI companies presents itself to the market.
• • You will define and execute the full creative and product vision for harvey.ai, build and maintain quarterly roadmaps, partner with Product Marketing on campaign execution, drive creative direction for major launches, establish design workflows and tooling standards, use analytics to optimize conversion, and act as the internal expert advocating for web excellence across the organization.
• • You will lead a team of designers and engineers within the Harvey Brand & Creative team, reporting to Scott Smith, VP of Creative, in a newly created role that owns the web strategy, architecture, performance, and growth impact during a period of rapid scaling.
• • You will have the opportunity to build a best-in-class web function from the ground up, influence brand expression and growth strategy simultaneously, develop leadership and product ownership skills, and shape the digital front door of a generational AI company with global reach.
