- • The Head of Web at Harvey AI Inc. will transform the company's web presence from a reactive support function into a proactive, product-owned growth engine that aligns brand integrity with conversion and business objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves defining and executing the creative and product vision for harvey.ai, building and maintaining quarterly roadmaps, partnering with Product Marketing on campaign and product launches, driving creative direction for major initiatives, establishing design workflows and tooling standards, using analytics to optimize site performance, and advocating for web excellence across the organization.
- • The role sits within the Harvey Brand & Creative team, reporting to Scott Smith, VP of Creative, and is a newly created function designed to own the web with intention during a period of rapid growth, leading a team of designers and engineers to elevate the site as both a brand expression and a pipeline driver.
- • The person in this role will have the opportunity to build a best-in-class web function from the ground up, shape how a fast-growing AI company presents itself globally, develop deep expertise in product-led web strategy, and grow as a leader by owning end-to-end execution, team development, and cross-functional influence at a company with 1000+ customers across 60+ countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in web, digital product, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- • A product management background or deeply product-minded operating style, with experience thinking in roadmaps, metrics, and prioritization frameworks.
- • Experience owning a marketing site or web product end-to-end, including strategy, performance, team leadership, and execution.
- • Proven ability to build and scale a web function at a high-growth technology company.
- • Deep fluency in Figma, modern design systems, and front-end-aware design, including working knowledge of React, CSS, and web performance trade-offs.
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and design rationale to both creative and business audiences.
