  • • The Health Partner Incentive Manager is responsible for managing value-based reimbursement programs within an assigned market or product, ensuring customized performance plans align with organizational strategy and goals to increase provider performance and operational efficiencies in a highly matrixed environment.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new value-based health partner contracts, reviewing Alternative Payment Model (APM) reports for accuracy, distributing provider scorecards, modeling provider performance to demonstrate program value, developing customized provider performance plans for quality improvement and APM goals, monitoring and assessing plans for necessary enhancements, and participating in performance improvement initiatives to streamline contract implementation and maintenance.
  • • The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary implementation of complex reimbursement relationships, coordinating systematic population management initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and leadership to develop APM programs, providing analysis to target providers for APM programs, developing enhanced APM program reporting, and creating training materials for internal and external users.
  • • The position requires participation in key committees, subcommittees, and work groups, reporting on accomplishments and issues to leadership, meeting with providers as needed, managing multiple projects, collecting and analyzing data, and disseminating findings to appropriate departments.
  • • The role is based in Dayton with remote work flexibility (WFH) and is part of CareSource Management Group Company, a mission-driven organization focused on improving community health through innovative healthcare solutions and value-based care models.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in value-based reimbursement, healthcare data analysis, quality improvement methodologies, and stakeholder management within a managed care environment, while building leadership and project management skills through cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiative execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data support
  • • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in the managed health plan industry
  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize goals effectively
