📋 Description
- • The Health Plan Product Manager – Medicare – Remote role at Sanford Health is critical to driving innovation and strategic growth in the company’s health plan offerings, ensuring products meet market needs and align with organizational goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and performance evaluation, developing product plans with cost-benefit analyses and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging stakeholders to translate market needs into actionable product requirements.
- • Sanford Health is the largest rural health system in the United States, dedicated to transforming healthcare access and experience in America’s heartland, with a mission to provide world-class care across its extensive network.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare product strategy, regulatory compliance, competitive intelligence, and portfolio management, while gaining leadership experience in driving innovation and improving market positioning for Medicare-focused health plan products.
