- • As a Healthcare Data Analyst IV (Clinical Analytics) at Centene Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming health outcomes for 28 million members by providing advanced analytical support that drives business decisions and improves community health.
- • Day to day, you will extract, load, model, and reconcile large volumes of data from claims, provider, member, clinical, pharmacy, and HEDIS sources; develop reports and deliverables; identify trends and improvement opportunities; ensure compliance with federal and state reporting standards; and mentor and guide other Data Analysts in workload management and analytical best practices.
- • You will join a diversified, national organization committed to innovation and workplace flexibility, where your expertise in healthcare analytics directly contributes to operational excellence and strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare data systems, lead complex analytical projects, mentor junior analysts, and influence data-driven decision-making that impacts member care and organizational performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
- • Experience with MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or data warehousing analytical tools
- • Healthcare experience preferred; experience in UM or prior authorization analytics highly preferred
- • Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
- • Ability to ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements
