- • As Healthcare Solutions Lead - Vertical Builders at Protege Inc., you will help define how the company serves healthcare application builders by building a scalable motion from the ground up, sitting at the intersection of customer discovery, solution design, and delivery.
- • You will partner with Account Managers to lead discovery with healthcare vertical builders, own feasibility assessments, shape fit-for-purpose datasets (including EHR, claims, imaging, pathology, and unstructured clinical text), and manage end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring transparent communication and risk anticipation.
- • Protege is a fast-moving, high-trust team solving AI’s data problem by enabling secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data, backed by world-class investors and already powering ambitious AI partnerships.
- • In this role, you will learn how to turn ambiguous customer needs into repeatable offerings, build durable playbooks for a new market segment, and shape Protege’s long-term strategy in healthcare AI by combining customer ownership, analytical rigor, and entrepreneurial execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing solutions, delivery, technical GTM, or zero-to-one role owning outcomes across complex technical or data-driven engagements
- • Deep familiarity with healthcare data modalities, especially EHR, claims, imaging, pathology, and unstructured text
- • Strong analytical and program management skills to assess feasibility, support solution design, and manage multiple workstreams with rigor
- • Comfort working across commercial, technical, and scientific stakeholders in discovery-heavy environments
- • Strong product and commercial instincts to identify customer value and shape useful, differentiated, scalable offerings
- • Familiarity with healthcare privacy, de-identification, tokenization, and related compliance workflows
