- • As an Expert AI Trainer, you will bridge the gap between human financial acumen and machine learning, ensuring AI systems are grounded in practical, high-stakes investment knowledge from top-tier hedge fund environments.
- • Your day-to-day will involve reviewing, annotating, and refining AI-generated financial analyses, investment theses, risk assessments, and strategy frameworks across multiple hedge fund domains, providing expert feedback to improve model accuracy and relevance.
- • You will collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to label complex datasets related to long/short equity, credit/distressed, event-driven, activist, macro, and quantitative strategies, helping the AI learn nuanced judgment calls used by senior analysts and portfolio managers.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager or Senior Research Analyst at an established hedge fund
- • Direct experience in one or more of the following strategies: multi-manager platforms, fundamental long/short equity, credit and distressed, event-driven/activist, or macro and quantitative approaches
- • Proven ability to build and communicate complex investment theses, credit analyses, or systematic frameworks in writing with clarity and rigor
- • Hands-on experience with position sizing, risk management, and operating in high-accountability investment environments
- • Fluency in English and strong written communication skills to provide detailed, structured feedback on AI-generated financial content
