📋 Description

• Lead compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and investment entities, including technical review of complex tax returns and proactive tax planning.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met while driving new client acquisition through internal and external networking.
• Join Baker Tilly, a leading advisory, tax, and assurance firm with a global network of 43,000 professionals and $5.2 billion in combined worldwide revenue, operating as an independent member of Baker Tilly International.
• Mentor and develop team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, support professional growth via firm-wide learning programs, and enjoy work-life balance through team outings and social activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law required
• CPA or JD required
• Ten (10)+ years’ experience in tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals, family members, trusts, investment entities, and private businesses, including strong experience in personal, trust, estate & gift, and charitable taxation
• Six (6)+ years supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, and exhibit ethical commitment and urgency to quality
