📋 Description

• • The HIM EHR/Application Analyst II is a business specialist and technology generalist responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies, focusing on HIM EHR and supporting applications such as HIM Coding and HIM DMS systems.
• • Day to day, the analyst will proactively identify opportunities to apply technology to business processes, advise customers on information system functionality and implementation, serve as a technical liaison with vendors, and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel.
• • The role is part of the Revenue Business Systems department at BMC Software, Inc., a company focused on delivering innovative IT solutions that enable businesses to run and transform their operations.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare information management systems, gain experience in cross-functional project execution, strengthen technical and business communication skills, and contribute to process improvement initiatives using tools like HL7 and Epic platforms.
