📋 Description

• The Hiring Success Manager - APAC will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and functionality of Remofirst’s global HR platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of businesses hiring and managing teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Day to day, the role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to gather user feedback, define feature requirements, and guide the design and rollout of HR solutions tailored to APAC markets, including compliance, onboarding, and payroll workflows.
• Remofirst is a fast-growing, remote-first company of 200+ employees building an all-in-one global HR platform that empowers businesses to hire, pay, and manage international teams compliantly and efficiently, with a strong focus on innovation and customer success.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in global HR operations, APAC employment regulations, and product-led growth strategies, while contributing directly to platform improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and scalability.
