This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing complex payroll scenarios, including shift premiums, bonuses, and leave adjustments, all while maintaining strict adherence to diverse local and international labor regulations.
  • • As a key member of our client services team, you will be instrumental in managing relationships with external payroll vendors such as PEO TotalSource and FESCO, ensuring seamless integration and compliance. Your responsibilities will extend to leading the administration of ADP WorkforceNow, a critical system for our payroll processes. This includes conducting thorough audits, generating essential reports, and upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
  • • Success in this role hinges on a meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a proven track record of managing cross-border payroll complexities. You will be the go-to person for ensuring that our payroll processes are not only efficient but also fully compliant with all applicable laws and company policies.

Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, as you will be handling sensitive employee data and financial information with the utmost integrity.

  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the end-to-end processing of weekly or bi-weekly payroll for a designated group of employees. This involves meticulous data entry, rigorous verification of timecards, and precise calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be the preparation and timely submission of certified payroll reports, such as Form WH-347, along with other required documentation to government agencies and general contractors. This requires a deep understanding of prevailing wage rates, fringe benefit calculations, and the correct classification of workers.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate payroll records, employee files, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with both company policies and legal mandates.
  • • Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, addressing employee inquiries, and troubleshooting certified payroll reporting issues will be a regular part of your duties, always under the supportive guidance of the Payroll Manager.
  • • Beyond core payroll functions, you will provide essential administrative support to the payroll department, including data entry, filing, and other assigned tasks. A background in finance, with exposure to contracts, billing, and invoicing, will be highly beneficial, as candidates from this domain typically possess the precision and documentation standards required for this role.
