  • • As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative at Delegate CX Inc., you will be the primary point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to partner brands.   • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of customer-centric activities. You will be tasked with managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial entry through to final delivery to the customer, ensuring a seamless experience. This involves meticulous order processing and proactive communication regarding any changes in order status or production schedules, keeping manufacturing suppliers, sales representatives, and clients fully informed. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to building and nurturing lasting relationships with customer accounts through open, honest, and interactive communication, fostering trust and loyalty. You will also collaborate closely with suppliers and the internal team to swiftly resolve any order-related issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption. Furthermore, you will be responsible for obtaining and reviewing production proof approvals, meticulously documenting both proof and production status within our internal systems. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints is paramount, ensuring a comprehensive history for each client. You will diligently document all order-related activities across various systems and consistently update order statuses in our company's internal software. Adherence to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies will be a key aspect of your daily work, ensuring consistency and professionalism. Finally, you will be expected to undertake ad hoc tasks that align with these core responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team's broader objectives.
