  • • As a Content Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Content Strategy and Development (CSD) team, ensuring the seamless execution of training initiatives, meticulous management of learning systems and records, and effective internal communications to foster team engagement and capability development.

  • • A significant aspect of this role involves managing the logistics and administration of training programs. This includes leading the end-to-end setup of training sessions, from scheduling and sending invitations to configuring platforms, tracking attendance, and preparing post-session documentation.
  • • You will coordinate all logistical aspects for both instructor-led trainings (ILT) and virtual sessions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants and trainers.
  • • Post-course administration is a key responsibility, involving sending feedback requests, collating and compiling feedback data into comprehensive reports, producing course certificates, and providing essential post-course customer service.
  • • Liaising with trainers to gather their feedback and ensure timely return of attendance information will also be part of your duties, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our learning programs.
  • • In the realm of Learning Management and Administration, you will manage the enrollment of DCX team members in Learning Management System (LMS) courses and training events, as well as deactivate LMS credentials when necessary.
  • • Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of the CSD database is critical for operational integrity. You will also assist with website administration, including uploading new courses and dates to the DCX LMS, modifying course details, and cancelling courses as required.
  • • A substantial part of your role will involve assisting with the administration of Delegate CX's LMS, which includes responding to staff queries via WD Help, generating reports, collating feedback, supporting marketing efforts, and liaising with platform providers such as TalentLMS and Ispring.
  • • For Content and Course Support, you will contribute to the creation, formatting, and uploading of LMS and ILT course materials. You will also assist in updating course content to maintain its relevance and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • • In terms of Communication and Engagement, you will serve as the administrator for Talent Development Workday (WD) Help Tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of user issues.
  • • You will actively assist with the marketing and publicity of DCX training courses and events, reaching both internal audiences and external organizations to promote learning opportunities.
  • • Drafting and managing internal communications, including MS Teams announcements and Viva Engage postings, will be essential for keeping the team informed and engaged.
  • • You will also support content creation for Talent Development Viva Engage communities, developing posts, polls, gamification, and other engagement activities to foster a vibrant online learning environment.
  • • Ensuring timely and clear communication across all stakeholders is paramount to the success of this role, facilitating smooth collaboration and information flow.
