  • • The Home Based DCX Junior Accountant (Accounts Receivable) role is a full-time remote position supporting a U.S.-based business through Delegate CX Inc., where you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely cash flow by managing accounts receivable processes with precision and accountability. This role matters because it directly impacts the financial health of client accounts, supports operational stability, and enables the company to deliver reliable back-office services that allow U.S. SMBs to focus on growth.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining customer records and assessing creditworthiness, processing billing adjustments, credits, rebills, and refunds, uploading invoices to client portals, managing tax exemptions, and handling incoming calls via the A/R Hotline; monitoring and responding to emails in the A/R shared mailbox; partnering with A/R Coordinators to resolve open issues promptly; processing credit card payments and researching/resolving client payment inquiries; identifying, tracking, and resolving billing errors and discrepancies; reviewing new customer records for credit checks and establishing credit terms/limits; reviewing and approving or escalating orders on credit hold; managing billing for benefits insurance carriers (creating/paying invoices, resolving issues, pursuing automation, coordinating with HR); completing vendor forms and banking information requests; collaborating across departments to address inquiries or research issues; and performing analogous tasks as needed to support seamless A/R operations.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in accounts receivable management, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), refine advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities—positioning you for career growth in accounting, finance, or BPO operations within a supportive, performance-driven environment that values learning and initiative.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • • 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas) and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
  • • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time to align with U.S. operating hours
  • • CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required
