- • As a Home-Based Inside Sales Support professional at Delegate CX Inc., you will be a crucial link between our clients' sales teams and their customers, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional client service. This role is fundamental to maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction for a growing US-based business within the waterworks industry, specifically pipe product manufacturing. You will be empowered to leverage your organizational and communication skills to directly impact the sales cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks designed to support the inside sales team and manage the order lifecycle. This includes meticulously processing all incoming orders received via email or directly from inside sales representatives, ensuring no order falls through the cracks. A significant part of your role will involve managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) imports and handling any failed orders within the Oracle system, requiring a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities. You will act as the primary point of contact for all order-related inquiries, relaying questions about pricing, product details, and expired quotes to the designated inside sales representative, thereby facilitating clear and efficient communication.
- • Maintaining the integrity of the sales process will be paramount. This involves diligently updating and maintaining accurate notes on all pending orders within Oracle, providing a clear and up-to-date status for all stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product catalog, including memorizing part numbers and other relevant product identifiers, to accurately assist with order processing and customer inquiries. A key responsibility is to meticulously verify customer pricing on all processed orders against the official company quotations, preventing discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy. You will also be tasked with requesting and implementing specific part numbers and special pricing into the Oracle system, requiring precision and adherence to established procedures.
- • To ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction, you will coordinate order fulfillment and ship dates with various internal departments, proactively tracking and following up on any late orders to mitigate delays. Your role extends to preparing an invoice error report for the accounting department, highlighting any discrepancies or issues that require attention. You will also be expected to attend weekly and monthly meetings as assigned, contributing to team discussions and staying informed about company objectives and client needs. This role also involves performing other duties and responsibilities analogous to the foregoing, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
- • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or direct promotional sales.
- • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams.
- • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, or NetSuite is required; basic Excel skills are mandatory, with intermediate skills or knowledge of pivot tables being helpful.
- • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours, specifically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (US).
