📋 Description
- • Provides essential home health aide services to patients and residents under RN supervision, supporting daily living activities and care plan execution.
- • Assists with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while monitoring physical and emotional changes across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- • Works within Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the U.S., committed to delivering world-class care in America’s heartland.
- • Gains hands-on clinical experience, develops patient care competencies, and builds foundational skills for advancement in healthcare roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
- • Completion of 75-hour nurse aide training program with 16 hours classroom and 16 hours supervised practical training preferred
- • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
