- • Administer IV infusion medications safely and effectively in patients' homes as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy.
- • Collaborate with pharmacists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care and positive health outcomes.
- • Conduct thorough patient assessments, document treatments, progress, and clinical observations to maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing education, answering questions, and coordinating care updates.
- • Exercise clinical autonomy in decision-making to optimize patient safety, treatment adherence, and therapeutic outcomes.
- • Travel within a large geographic region to provide in-home care to patients across multiple locations.
- • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation standards for home infusion therapy.
- • Coordinate with pharmacy and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of specialty medications.
- • Educate patients and families on medication administration, side effect management, and emergency response protocols.
- • Respond to urgent patient needs and clinical changes with prompt, professional intervention and documentation.
- • Adhere to infection control practices and aseptic techniques during all infusion procedures.
- • Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to maintain clinical excellence and stay current with infusion therapy standards.
- • Work a 40-hour workweek, including scheduled evenings and weekends as required to meet patient care needs.
- • Utilize a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working remotely for documentation or telehealth coordination.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active RN license in the state of practice
- • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- • At least 1 year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- • Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
- • Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed

- • Annual salary range of $79,200 - $132,000 USD, based on experience and location
