📋 Description

• Administer IV infusion medications safely and effectively in patients’ homes as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient well-being and coordinated care.
• Conduct patient assessments, document treatments, and record clinical progress to maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing updates, answering questions, and coordinating care logistics.
• Exercise clinical autonomy in decision-making to optimize patient outcomes and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
• Travel within a large geographic region to provide in-home care to patients across diverse locations.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards for home healthcare delivery.
• Work a 40-hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends as required to meet patient care needs.
• Ensure reliable high-speed internet connectivity (minimum 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload) when working remotely from home.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all applicable HIPAA and privacy regulations during home visits and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to maintain clinical competency and stay current with infusion therapy best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• At least 1 year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed
